Cristina is your first contact with Rue Souveraine. She is available to show you around and make sure your apartment meets your requirements. She will answer all your questions and will remain available throughout your stay for any contract related matters. She will also welcome you and guide you throughout your stay in Rue Souveraine. Don't hesitate to contact her. Rue Souveraine and  Brussels life have no more secrets for her. She will advise you and find a solution to your problems in all circumstances. 

Eva works in the shadows, and her constant vigilence makes Rue Souveraine a warm and welcome place, no matter your arrival time.  She and her team will do all in their power to make you feel at home...when you are away from home. 

Philippe will be your contact for all financial issues. He will also provide you with information about telephone rates and other services, as well as the refund of deposits at the end of your stay. He will be Rita’s backup when she is out of the office. Please feel free to contact him. Rue Souveraine has no secrets for him. All your financial transaction will be treated confidentially.
